Dental & Medical · Loyalty sample
A thank-you for keeping your appointments. Smile Circle is an appreciation program, plain and simple: stamps reward showing up for the appointments patients already book — never treatment, never procedures. The monthly draw is BrightPath's way of saying thanks to the community it serves.

Your card is open. Earn stamps below — in the live program you scan the counter QR and the stamp lands on its own. Here, the buttons simulate that scan.
Demo note: this sample keeps your card on this device only, so you can play with it. The live program keeps it on BrightPath Dental Studio's system.
Your stamp card
Milestones on your card unlock real rewards as you go — a percentage off, dollars off, a free item — on top of your entries in the monthly draw.

The prize ladder
Every stamp is an entry in the monthly draw — and milestones add bonuses, so regulars pull ahead. Next draw: (in ).
| Milestone | Entries |
|---|
Monthly prize: Community appreciation draw — electric toothbrush bundle or a $50 local gift card.
Grand prize: Appreciation bundle plus $100 local gift card — quarterly.
Stamps reward kept appointments only. No treatment is required or encouraged — this is a thank-you, not a health program. One prize per person — the same fairness rule as the Juneteenth Expo Passport.
The regulars
How it works
Step 1
Name plus an email or a phone at the front desk. The card lives on the patient's phone.
Step 2
After a kept appointment, the patient scans the desk QR and the stamp lands.
Step 3
Milestones add bonus entries automatically toward the monthly appreciation draw.
For the business
A loyalty program is only worth running if it pays the house back. This is the owner's side of the same system:
And the milestone rewards protect the margin: every dollars-off reward carries a minimum spend, percentages apply to a single item or service, and each reward redeems once per member. The owner sets the numbers — the system enforces them.
